My workouts are a combination of strength training and cardio. After consultation, I will develop a workout specifically designed for you and your goals and needs. The workouts will include equipment such as medicine balls, free weights, swiss balls, bands, boxing equipment, etc. I believe in mixing up the workouts to keep the muscles confused and promote continued interest and excitement throughout.
