I am a former college basketball coach, a wife and mom, and a certified personal trainer.
I am originally from Texas and received my undergrad in Health and Human Performance from Baylor University. After graduation I obtained my first Division I college coaching position at Texas Christian University where I also received a Master's Degree in Liberal Arts.
I coached for the Lady Frogs for 12 years. During my time at TCU, I worked with some of the best coaches and best strength trainers in the country. We went to 9 NCAA tournaments, won 5 conference titles, and made 11 post season appearances. Most recently, I coached for the University of Houston Women's Basketball Team.
Through my years of playing collegiately, aswell as coaching, I have gained a tremendous work ethic and strong commitment to great physical health and overall personal well-being. My passion is training others and getting the most out of each individual, which is why I've chosen to start my own business and spread my knowledge for healthy living and strength training.
I realize not everyone has the availability or comfort level to attend a gym, so I decided to go mobile and make training more convenient for everyone. As a mom, I have a particular interest in training women with children and helping to find balance in a beautiful but hectic schedule.
My philosophies are pretty simple. I enjoy life and want to have fun, but have learned that balance is the key. If you are not living with a healthy mind, body, and soul, you will have a more difficult time fully enjoying all that life has to offer. I want to help you learn how to find the right balance in your life and help you achieve all of your goals and dreams.
